That is truly a viruoso piece for voice that was released in the mid-1970s by a singer named Ursula Dudziak. She used to perform with the electric violinist Michel Urbaniak. The track is from an LP titled Future Talk. It's long out of print. It was on the Inner City label and the catalog number was 106.
